We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to manufacturing defects and/or workmanship issues. Additionally, fulfillment errors that result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will be accepted for return. However, if the return is due to customer error and the original order qualified for free shipping, a shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
