Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return or exchange items under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products, as long as items are returned in new condition.

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

• Exchanges: We accept exchanges for items returned in new condition within 30 days.

• Return Method: Returns must be shipped back by mail. Customers are responsible for downloading and printing the return label and covering return shipping costs.

• Fees: No restocking fees apply.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. If your original order qualified for free shipping and the return is not due to a defect or fulfillment error, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
