This is a MUST HAVE for all BGEs. I get so frustrated sticking the ash tool in the little opening. I never get it all out and I get ash everywhere! This ash can is a life saver. Cuts cleaning time down to nothing and is no mess. I wish I knew about this years ago.

I had an issue with an earlier defective production run of the can. It had developed cracks. I reached out to the company and they shipped a new one out at no cost other than a few bucks for shipping. It was at my door within a week. Costumer care response will keep me as a return buyer for sure!
